To Daddy (#1 Dad),

You loved being my Dad. Showed me off wherever you went. Always showing me how to live full and wholesome. Always going the extra mile to make me the happiest. Giving everything you had to those who needed it more. Late nights working your ass off, my favorite thing was for you to come home. Safest place I could be was with you. The most fun I’ll ever have was with you; from late night agate hunting to early morning road trips - the memories are countless. No one will ever crack jokes like you, nor make me laugh the way you did. Such a goofball. Care free and beyond selfless. FULL of never ending LOVE. Your voice, singing and instrument playing was angels to my ears. You loved life no matter what cards you were dealt and lived life to the fullest and that’s one of my favorite things about you. Everything about you is my favorite. You did the craziest things and had the most fun doing so. You taught me everything I know and I’ll never stop thinking about all our conversations and good times. You are my hero and best friend. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me (which is absolutely everything) I wouldn’t be the women I am and yet to become if it wasn’t for you. I aspire to be you and live my life the way you lived yours until we are reunited in the kingdom of Jesus. I am so blessed to have you as my Dad. I miss you more then it’s possible to miss someone, but I couldn’t be happier knowing we will meet again in paradise without having to worry about anything anymore. Until that day comes, I know you’re always with me, my guardian angel. I love you more then the whole wide world Dad.

Truly,

Your baby girl, Katelynn.
