Katherine D Owens

Katherine Owens was born on December 15th, 1942 to Carl and Florence in Vancouver, Washington. After high school, Katherine became a cook and server for a restaurant. Katherine had a family, including her daughter Tami. During her life, Katherine moved to live in Newport, Oregon, where she stayed for the rest of her life. On January 6th, 2019 Katherine passed away at the age of 76 years old.
