Brian Fodness was born on January 4, 1948 in Yankton, South Dakota to Roland and Martha. After receiving his Bachelor's degree, Brian became a traffic engineer for transportation. Brian was married to Pamela, and together they lived in Waldport,Oregon. On February 23, 2022 Brian passed away at 74 years old.
