Teresa Dawn Law, 71, of Toledo, OR passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on March 30, 2021. She was born July 19, 1949 in Arlington, Virginia to Leo Alexander and Juanita Woods.
Teresa married Eugene Law on March 20, 1971 at Half Moon Bay, California. They had 4 children, Matthew, Jonathan, Chrystal, and Brandy Law.
She was a dedicated Special Education teacher for the Lincoln County School District for 28 years, retiring in 2016, a special Olympics volunteer, foster parent, host parent for foreign exchange students, and a bookkeeper for the family business F/V Ms Law.
Teresa enjoyed crafting, miniature Schnauzers, and her Coca-Cola memorabilia collection.
Teresa is survived by her husband of 50 years, Eugene Law; sons Matthew (Catherine) Law and Jonathan (Michelle) Law; daughters Chrystal Law and Brandy Law; sister Carol (Jim) Langlands; Niece Lisa Langlands; great-niece Anjelica Hernandez; and grandchildren Frank Law, Alyssa Law, and Maddox Law.
She is preceded in death by her father, Leo Alexander, and brother, Roger Alexander.
A private Celebration of Life will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in her name to the American Cancer Society or the Oregon Special Olympics.
