Wesley Troy Oliphant
Obituary
Troy Oliphant was born in Newport, Oregon to Wesley Oliphant and Sheila Bayya on July 23, 1970. After graduating high school, Troy started fishing. He lived in Morro Bay, California for sometime then came back to Newport and traveled to different states. He moved to Lincoln City Oregon where he worked for Chinook Winds Casino in surveillance for over 20 years. He enjoyed playing board strategy games. He also enjoyed weight lifting and spending time with family.
Troy is survived by his daughter Nicole Oliphant, brothers Tod and Tad Oliphant, step brother Rick Bayya, step sister Heidi Bayya and his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Sheila and father Wesley, his grandparents Lyndol and Anna and Norma and Bill Worman.
There will be a celebration of life on April 18th, 2023 at Bateman Funeral Home.
