I can't thank Brian and Bateman's enough. We received the best support and care from them when my parents both passed. Brian is, was, and has, a true gift.

We were off to a rough start, as we tried to utilize the pre-planning/payment option. I couldn't get ----- to follow through. So i was left to handle everything after the passing of my momma. Fortunately, Celeste took over and i CANNOT express enough how absolutely amazing she is. I felt like she was very articulate and helpful. I didn't feel rushed while making arrangements. All of my options were explained in detail. For being such a terrible time in my life, Bateman, or more so, Celeste made it comforting.
I would recommend Bateman to anyone on the Coast needing assistance with the passing of a loved one.

During a very hard time for our family Bateman's made everything easier. I felt truly cared for.

It's been almost 7 months now since my son has been gone and I think if he would have gotten away from the bad influence in his life my son would still be here but because he took too much of his medicine he died . Brian spent an hour introducing me to Bateman Funeral Home, Crematory and Mausoleum, by the need of our visit I was convinced that the services and value of pricing are the “real deal”. What you did was perfect! :)

From the flowers, to the photos, to the way you handled everything - all of it was exactly as we would have chosen it to be.

We plan to share the photos with friends and family who have been following along virtually (though not "live" - just via eCards). We had passed on the date and time frame to them, and asked them to take a moment and remember wonderful memories they shared with Mom. It was really something!

I wanted to thank you all for the care, kindness and sensitivity given during the times of grief my family went through when we lost our son, James. Bateman funeral home handled my dad's funeral in 1976. I've had some unanswered questions and the staff helped me answer them. They searched for information and answers. It wasn't just one phone call either. Each person was compassionate and helpful. I can never thank them enough. Thank you!

Just got the proof sent to me via e-mail of the headstone for Dad, Mary & Uncle John. It is amazingly beautiful I'm so impressed with how it turned out❤. Batemans Funeral Home did an excellent job on Dads funeral arrangements and now the marker. I'm so proud and dad would be too❤❤

Dear Brian,

I think you probably know better than any of us because it's your job, but death is a complicated, stressful and deeply emotional time. For us, it was so devastating. This is why I had to write to you about Debby.

From the moment I called her, which was just a day after my dad died unexpectedly, her voice told me everything would be taken care of with out any added stress or worry. She was right. Her calm and beautiful nature gave me the peace I so desperately needed at that moment.

We arrived to handle business, Debby was there to greet us, explain the process and hand us that box of tissue. It was such a warm environment. Once again, Debby took away so much anxiety. She got us our checklist, made sure we understood the death certificate process and got everything moving along quickly and efficiently.

Thank you Debby and thank you for the grace of doing such a good business in a horrible time. There are so many people out there that take advantage of grieving families and all Debby did was make us feel respected and cared for.

Brian, Celeste and Pete what a wonderful, competent, creative, compassionate group of people. We had a huge undertaking with my Uncles homecoming and ceremony (46 years in the making), and they made it look easy.
